Karen Campbell

Welcome to Tender Soles Co.

Karen has a diverse professional background that includes being a pediatric nurse, childcare provider, and foster mom, and she now specializes as a foot care technician. During her time at Marinello School of Beauty, where she pursued nail technician courses, she discovered her passion for foot health and beauty with the support of her teacher.

In 2018, she founded Tender Soles Co. after completing her studies. Karen noticed that many individuals faced various health challenges that negatively affected their podiatric health. Her journey began with an idea, starting with family members as her first clients, followed by close friends. She dedicated herself to refining her skills, expanding her knowledge, and developing the concept of a pedicure salon.

Her goal was to create a welcoming space where people who feel insecure about their feet could come to relax and be treated with care. At Tender Soles Co., we offer superior foot care services for everyone. Karen understands the challenges faced by those dealing with skin conditions, lupus, cancer, diabetes, and other immune-related illnesses. As the wife of a diabetic, she believes that everyone deserves a stress-free experience when it comes to the care of their feet.

Your foot care technician is certified and knowledgeable in various restorative treatments. At Tender Soles Waterless Pedicure Studio, we are committed to providing services that promote healing and enhance your overall foot health. However, it is important to clarify that Tender Soles Waterless Pedicure Studio is not a medical treatment facility. Our foot care technician is not a medical professional and cannot diagnose any client or individual. All treatments and services will be provided in accordance with the technician's scope of practice.
All services are rendered by appointment via GlossGenius App or website. No walk-in appointments will be accepted. Please arrive at the start time of your appointment. Early arrival will not be permitted as foot care technician must ensure that the salon and service area are properly disinfected and sanitized before your service can begin.
So, you’ve booked your appointment!! I’m so excited. Next, you’ll want to email your foot care technician at the email address listed in the contact section. In the email type the name on the reservation and 4-5 photos of your feet (front, back, and sides). This will give your technician a good idea of the state of your foot health. In extreme cases, if the health of your feet seems substantially unserviceable. Your foot care technician will contact you to reschedule and advise you to seek treatment from a podiatrist.
Be sure to properly prepare for your pampering session. This includes taking all good hygiene practices into account (shower, mouth care, deodorant, etc.)
There is a 15 -minute grace period for all appointments. Please call if you will be arriving late to your appointment. Appointments held for 15 minutes or longer without prior notification will be considered a no-show appointment and charged a cancellation fee of 100% of service total. Out of respect to other appointments, all late arrivals risk either receiving an abbreviated service, cancellation fee or losing the appointment. If a service is shortened due to time constraints, the cost of the service(s) originally booked will still be charged.
Cancellations
Tender Soles Waterless Pedicure Studio is committed to providing high-quality service and a seamless experience for all guests. To honor the time and resources reserved for each appointment, we kindly ask that you review and adhere to our cancellation policy:

24-Hour Cancellation Window
Clients are welcome to cancel or reschedule appointments up to 24 hours prior to their scheduled time without penalty.

Appointments cancelled or rescheduled after the 24-hour cancellation window has passed (including same-day cancellations) will incur a fee of 50% of the total service cost, which will be charged to the card on file. No Call/No Show appointments will result in a charge of 100% of service(s) booked.
Additional guests/children may not accommodate you to your appointment, unless they are also scheduled for an appointment. Failure to comply may result in cancellation of your appointment and a charge reflected as a same day cancellation which is a forfeit of 100% cost of service total.
Service animals are permitted as long as the client can provide proof of the animal’s service license, this is for safety and sanitation purposes. Animals without a service license will not be permitted in the salon area. Any violation of this policy will be met with the cancellation of your appointment, and you will be charged with a same day cancellation fee.
